Kate Kerrisk

Kate Kerrisk

Kate graduated from James Cook University in Australia in 2010. She has worked in two respected public teaching hospitals in Queensland as well as for the NHS. She has experience in both private practise and a specialist persistent pain management service.

Kate enjoys taking the time to educate her clients to help them achieve their goals and prevent flare-ups. She specialises in sports & spinal injuries and also has an interest in helping those with vestibular problems.

Outside of the office, Kate plays netball and recently learnt to scuba dive. She has also been involved in volunteering with adults with intellectual impairments in Australia.

Christopher Legg
Senior Physiotherapist
BSc.(Hons)Physio. MCSP HCPC

Chris qualified in 2012 at St Georges University of London, where he achieved the prize for ‘Excellence in Clinical Practice’, and had his research project published in a peer reviewed journal. He has completed numerous post-graduate training courses, including in sporting rehabilitation, and has just completed a Masters Degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King’s College London.

Chris is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist, and has extensive experience working with patients with a variety of pain presentations. This is from post-operative rehabilitation to thetreatment of sporting injuries. In addition to working in physiotherapy clinics, Chris has worked alongside a wide range of medical professionals, in GP surgeries and orthopaedic departments.

Having played a wide range of sports and as a weight training enthusiast, Chris has a particular interest in how strength and conditioning training can be used to promote tissue healing in the rehabilitation process.

   
Stephanie Peisker

Stephanie Peisker

Steph has recently moved to London from Australia. She completed a bachelor of Exercise Science in 2011, a Masters of Physiotherapy in Mid-2013 and a Sports Physiotherapy Graduate Certificate in 2016.

Steph has worked predominately in private practice with other experiences including inpatient orthopaedics, general medical and clinical triage. Steph has a passion for MSK and sport specific physio working for sporting teams including the state league football team and the state league netball team back in Tasmania. She has completed vast CPD, including: Women’s health (POP assessment), dry needling, DMA Clinical Pilates, Lyn Watson shoulder course, Spinal level 1 and 2, Sports level 1 and 2 and Mulligan manual therapy.

Alongside this, her hobbies are teaching fitness classes - holding relevant qualifications for Les Mills RPM, Body Pump and Body Attack.

Jill qualified from Kings College Hospital London in 1982 and worked in the NHS for 7 years at Barts, Kings and Middlesex Hospitals. Since 1990 Jill has worked in private practice inside health clubs and has established her own company opening several clinics throughout the Greater London area. Jill has vast experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and a special interest in pregnancy related aches and pains. Jill was a member of the British Women's Gymnastics Squad and is a qualified aerobics instructor. She still keeps fit using the gym, swimming and running. Physio on the wharf is run by Jill Hendry. Jill established her first private physiotherapy clinic in a City of London health club in 1990. Over the past 16 years she has opened seven more clinics inside health clubs in London and the South East. Her company physio in the city has gained a reputation as a high quality, professional and caring provider of physiotherapy services and is registered with all major health insurance providers.
