Physio in the City is approved by all major UK health insurance companies.

Patients are advised to contact their health insurance provider for details on specific cover and how to claim from their individual scheme. Policies may differ in respect to the payable allowances and the excess amounts payable.

Please note:

- All the physiotherapists at our clinics are registered with the Chartered Society and the Health Professionals Council of the UK.

- Patients should keep all receipts for physiotherapy in order to claim monies from their insurance company.

- Patients may reclaim their treatment fees subject to the terms of their personal medical cover.

- Please note we can only claim directly from your insurance company for physiotherapy treatment if you have already contacted your insurance company to authorise treatment. Please ensure that you provide us with a policy number and/or claim number.
